We are taking a break till 3:30.  At
that time we will take roll call on the phone and then finalize the discussion
on the amendment to the amendment for the proposed resolution to issue
52.  If passed, we will table the proposal pending a write up of the
final amendment to the proposed resolution for consideration by the TC.
 

We'll then discuss issue 81.
