f2f meeting checkpoint

At 10:55 pacific time, we are taking
a short break.  We've approved the latest working draft of the spec
and just completed discussion of issue 6.  We will resume in 5 minutes
and do roll call and an update for phone participants at 11am pacific then
resume issue discussion.
