Original Design Goals for BPEL4WS

I've placed the goals document that
Satish Thatte circulated earlier in August on the WS BPEL TC web site.
 You can reach it here:

 http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/3249/Original%20Design%20Goals%20for%20the%20BPEL4WS%20Specification.doc

Please share any comments or questions
with the TC by email.  If there is enough interest, we will schedule
some time on the next TC call to discuss this.

Regards, Diane
