Subject header numbering?

Hi,

I would like to propose that the subject header [wsbpel] be
automatically numbered if easy with the current mailing system,
e.g. [wsbpel:00535] Issue - X - foo bar

Hopefully this change will make it much easier to reference
a message. A reference like "Somebody's message on sometime on
someday, with subject ... " is not handy neither for the
writer nor the readers.
