FW: [chairs] RE: New OASIS TC FAQ Pages

Hello all,

As mentioned earlier (and below), OASIS is asking all TCs to provide a
FAQ page.  

Attached is a draft version of what could serve as our FAQ page.  Please
take a look and be prepared to raise any concerns/questions/suggestions
about the FAQ at our conf call next week.
