WAS schema with protect component

Hello folks,

Based on last Wednesday phone discussion with Ivan Ristic, I integrated 
his detect component into WAS (EVDL) schema.

Attached are schema files with protect component integrated.
Protect has some common elements with detect component that should be 
reused for consistency.

Comments and feedback on this over email or at today's conference call
