csd05/csprd05 drafts uploaded

Hi all!
I have uploaded drafts for what might become the last 1.0 bugix release.

https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/virtio/document.php?document_id=56740
https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/virtio/document.php?document_id=56741

Which should be identical except for the document name: csd05 versus csprd05.

I'll initiate the ballots on starting the public review soon,
but I'd like some feedback on whether everything is in order.

Please take a look, and let me know.

Thanks,
