* VIRTIO-28 - New device ID, plan to relegate the old balloon to
legacy/deprecated status (patch to follow on mailing list) and leave the
new balloon definition for specification at a later time. No motion at
this time.

7. Any other business

* Need an easier way to see the differences across spec changes. To be
brought up and discussed on mailing list.

* Feedback on draft 1 no longer likely to be factored in at this point,
propose to begin on draft 2 (hopefully within 3 weeks), aim for wider
review, with the intent of steering focus more towards content than
formatting.
