UBL 2.3 Statement of Use - IBM

This to confirm that IBM has successfully been implementing and using the Universal Business Language (UBL) Version 2.3 Committee Specification 01 as approved by the TC on January 19 2021 in accordance with the mandatory conformance clauses specified in sections 6.1 and 6.2. 
This successful implementation and use included the test against 2 independent implementations.
