Description:
Each ESPD Response SHALL specify the identifier of the tender in which this ESPD is included.
Rationale: To facilitate the identification of all the different Economic Operators and other entities (e.g. Sub-contractors) that tender as part of one same group (e.g. one Consortium).
A new BBIE would be needed to added to the ESPDResponse. Should we think of a more generic name (insted of "Tender")?
