RE: [ubl] Groups - UBL Post-Award Subcommittee Charter uploaded

Tim,

 

I have looked at this charter and I have one question.

In the “List of Deliverables” under point 2 it says:

 

“2. The UBL Post-Award Procurement common library model.”

 

This could be interpreted that there is a separate common library model for the Post-Award part of UBL. This is not the case .. there is one single
 common library that the whole of UBL is using.

Should this be re-written to show that the SC is responsible for updating the common library model for the parts it is using?, or propose changes
 to the common library to the UBL TC? (the last option might be best .. because changes could effect other documents maintained by other SC’s also)
