TC calls on hold pending work in subcommittees

Travel by various TC members, and the fact that the main work on UBL 2.1 is
taking place now in the Procurement and Transportation Subcommittees,
makes it both impractical and unnecessary to hold TC meetings for the
next three weeks.  I am therefore cancelling TC calls until the week of
22 October.

TC members involved with content definition are urged to participate in
PSC and TSC meetings, as some critical definition work will be taking
place in those subcommittees during the coming month.
