UBL TC meetings cancelled this week (2012.09.17-23)

Due to a family illness, I must cancel UBL TC meetings this week of 17 to
23 September 2012.  Work will continue as usual in the PSC, TSC, and
SGTG.

We will probably hold TC concalls on a regular schedule next week.
