Hello UBL TC,

The UBL Procurement Subcommittee has approved a last-minute set of
additions to UBL 2.1; see this week's Atlantic call minutes for a summary.

Please review these proposed changes and provide comments or objections,
if any, to this list before we consider approving the PSC
recommendations in next week's TC calls.
