CANCELING Pacific UBL TC call this week; Atlantic meets as usual

Hello UBL TC,

Due to a scheduling conflict, I must cancel this week's Pacific UBL TC
call.  However, the Atlantic call will take place as usual.  Note that
the Atlantic meeting will be our last UBL TC meeting for the year.
