    Problems have been experienced in accessing the site.

       ACTION: TM to investigate and report back.

BUSINESS DOCUMENT ENVELOPE TASK GROUP

    TM: Still no meeting, but did start working on the template.  Will
    try to set up a meeting for later this week.

    JB: Will produce a draft agenda this week.
