Required change to submitted document ~ UBL 2.1 PRD1

Please make the following changes to this document: 

1. Footer: Please change 'UBL' to 'UBL-2.1'. 

2. The 'Latest Version' links are incorrect. Please change from 'http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/UBL/UBL' to 'http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/prd1-UBL-2.1/UBL-2.1'. 

3. In the 'Technical Committee' section, please change the link from 'http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/' to 'http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=ubl'. 

4. Please note that the template has changed. Take a look at http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/ for the current template. I've noted specifics below. 

5. The 'Notices' section is not from the current template. Please change as shown in http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/. 

6. Also, per the new template, please add 2 appendices: Acknowledgments' & 'Revision History'. Be sure to regenerate the Table of Contents to list the new appendices there. 

7. In 'Normative References, [Customization] contains a broken underlying link (seen when you roll the cursor over the text). Please remove the ']' from the link so that it resolves correctly. That is, please change it from 'http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/guidelines/UBL2-Customization1.0cs01.pdf]' to 'http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/guidelines/UBL2-Customization1.0cs01.pdf'. 

8. Also, for [Customization] above, please add '01' to 'Committee Specification.' 

9. In 'Normative References, [CVA] contains a broken underlying link (seen when you roll the cursor over the text). Please remove the ']' from the link so that it resolves correctly. That is, please change it from 'http://docs.oasis-open.org/codelist/cs01-ContextValueAssociation-1.0/doc/]'

10. In 'Normative References', [RELAX NG] contains a broken link. If you change the link from 'http://standards.iso.org/ittf/PubliclyAvailableStandards/c037605_ISO_IEC_19757-2_2003(E).zip' to 'http://www.iso.org/iso/iso_catalogue/catalogue_tc/catalogue_detail.htm?csnumber=37605', the new page contains a download link to this document. However, when you click that link, the document is not there. The second link for this reference (2006) is a valid link. I suggest deleting the first link (2003). 

11. Please note that Section 1.3 ' Informative References' does not conform to the current template. Please change this header to 'Non-Normative References'.
