UBL 2.1 PRODUCTION: SCHEMAS

    GKH: Issues identified in the latest model check report will be
    addressed by Andrea.  When the report comes back clean, we are
    ready to go public with the schemas.

UBL 2.1 PRODUCTION: DOCUMENTATION

    JB: First edit in progress; working out minor formatting issues
    with GKH.  It's clear that we need the original artwork files;
    the images in the Word document from PSC and TSC do not have
    enough resolution for a print deliverable.
