MINUTES OF ATLANTIC UBL TC MEETING

UBL 2.1 SCHEMAS

    GKH: Have uncovered a number of issues relating to consistency
    of data models.  For example:

    Data model consistency is important; we should not produce
    another version of the schemas until these issues are resolved.
    Suggest that this be a new agenda item, UBL 2.1 MODELS, to
    precede UBL 2.1 SCHEMAS.

UBL 2.1 CODE LISTS

    GKH: The Transportation Status code list from 2.0 has been
    moved into the special-purpose category.  In 2.0, these values
    were engaged by the second validation pass; in 2.1, they will
    not be part of the default code list validation, but will
    remain available to users who wish to design their own code
    list validation.

UBL 2.1 SAMPLE INSTANCES

    GKH: No new ones received this week; have completed removal of
    irrelevant namespace declarations.

UBL 2.1 DOCUMENTATION

    JB: Draft of material covering the 2.1 business process
    received from TM; now in the process of converting to DocBook
    and merging with the draft from the August meeting in Montreal.
    Hope to have a sanity check back to TM tomorrow prior to
    beginning the actual editorial work.

UBL 2 XADES PROFILE

    ACTION: JB to ping the Security SC for PRD1 draft.

NDR CHECK

    Nothing new.

NDR 2.1

    Tracking item: we will have to review the NDR 2.1 checklist to
    look for possible differences between the present rules and the
    ones arrived at in Montreal.

UBL 2.0 IDD VOL. 2 (PORTUGUESE)

    KB: No news this week.

2010 UBL TC F2F MEETING SCHEDULE

    9-13 August 2010 (the week following Balisage 2010) in

    The meeting to discuss offers to host a UBL International
    Conference in Lima is still pending.
