UBL 2.0 IDD Vol. 2 -- approval of public review draft

Hello UBL TC,

Two weeks ago I sent you a candidate public review draft of the
UBL 2.0 International Data Dictionary, Volume 2:

No comments having been received regarding this draft, it appears
to be ready for your approval to begin its initial 60-day public
review.

Note that there will be further opportunities to revise this draft
in light of comments received during the public review period.

In approving the draft, you authorize the UBL chair to make any
editorial changes needed to make the draft conform to current
OASIS editorial guidelines, which are subject to change.

If you are a voting member of the TC and you object to the
submission of this draft for OASIS public review, please signify
your objection by mail to the UBL TC list no later than COB Monday
23 November 2009.  If you have no objection to beginning public
review, do nothing.
