Pending change in UBL Atlantic call meeting day

Hello UBL TC,

Please note that we're about to shift the weekly Atlantic TC calls
from Wednesdays at 11 a.m. New York time to Tuesdays at 11
a.m. New York time beginning week after next (Tuesday 6 October).
Next week's meeting will take place on Wednesday as usual to give
people a chance to object.  If the shift in date will have an
effect on your ability to attend the Atlantic calls, please dial
in Wednesday or send mail to the list to let us know.
