TM: PEPPOL Innovation Conference, 20-22 October in

Copenhagen.  TM will be speaking, and GKH has proposed

training (1 day codelist and 1 day UBL).  No URL yet.  Also,

WRT eChallenges 2009 in Istanbul (echallenges.org/e2009,

already on the calendar), will be speaking together with

Asuman on the third day of the conference (23 October).  And

there will be a BII meeting in Rome 14-16 September.

SCHEDULE REVIEW

SGTG (GKH): (Raised a question about candidate QDT structures.)

AGREED that after reviewing the benefits of providing a qdt

file, we will explore only using a CVA file.

ACTION (6/24 Atlantic call): JB to check on eDoCreator

Note that a F2F PSC meeting is being scheduled for the week

of 24 August, probably in Copenhagen or Brussels.

UBL 2.1 DOCUMENT AUTHORING

Begins this week based on UBL 2.0 and process diagrams and text

from the PSC teams (already have ENEA, NITA, iSURF, and FW;

expecting CODICE by meeting in Montréal).

Work plan:

GKH requests oXygen XML editor licenses from syncRO Soft.

TM creates initial draft of new matls in DocBook using

oXygen.

JB edits the draft in oXygen.

AGREED to acknowledge syncRO Soft's donation on the TC web

page.

2009 TC MEETING SCHEDULE

17-21 August 2009 in Montréal, colocated with Balisage the

previous week (http://www.balisage.net/).

ACTION: JB to confirm meeting arrangements.

The Montréal meeting marks the completion of outstanding

issues and closure of the door to any data model changes

till the next public review cycle.

Planning to attend in person: JB, GKH, MC, MG; AH and ZR

possible.

Planning to attend by phone: TM, PLB, AS, BH, TonyC.

Complete UBL 2.0 NDR and prepare for publication (JB, MC,

MG; GKH on call for formatting help)

Complete UBL 2.0 Guidelines for Customization, including

Review initial UBL 2.1 documentation (all)

8-12 February 2010 in Copenhagen, colocated with a PEPPOL

conference 10-11 February.  TM to chair.
