Cancelling UBL TC calls this week

Hello UBL TC,

Due to the absence of some TC members this week, I am cancelling
this week's Pacific call (which would ordinarily take place this
evening in the Western Hemisphere).  Since we have no urgent
business to discuss in this week's Atlantic call (Wednesday), I'm
cancelling that one as well.  We will resume our regular call
schedule next week.
