Updates needed to UBL FAQ

Hello all, I found an action item to discuss at this week's meetings.

I see that some updates are needed to the FAQ:

   http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ubl/faq.php

Section 4:

  - it is now two downloads, not a single download
  - the reference to the support page needs to be replaced with a 
reference to UBL.xml .org

Section 9:

  - updates to the IDD pointers to the UBL 2.0 IDD files

There are probably other updates, but those jump out at me as I 
scroll down the page.
