JB: GKH reports that TonyC has responded.

UPDATE PACKAGE STATUS REPORT AND SCHEDULING

JB: Balloting for approval of the first UBL Update 2.0 Public

Review Draft began Monday:

JB: BH and AS still need to vote.

AS: Will vote right after this call.

ACTION (1/8): JB to revise the work schedule spreadsheet.

Pending; revision will be carried out as soon as the PRD

PLANNING FOR THE TC MEETING IN BOLOGNA 14-18 APRIL 2008

UBL 2.1 ISSUES LIST

ACTION (12/18): TM to populate the new issues list with all

currently known UBL 2.1 issues.

2008 TC MEETING SCHEDULE

4-8 August 2008 in Montr�al

Confirmed.  Hotel Europa, rue Drummond (the week prior to

the Balisage conference in the same location).

January 2009 in Fremantle

Still tentative.

TC CONCALL SCHEDULE

Note that there will be no UBL TC calls the weeks of 7, 14, and

21 April due to the UBL TC F2F in Bologna.

The chair will not be available for the Atlantic call this

week due to travel.  The meeting will be chaired by TM if he is

available, and if not, then by MC and MG; it will largely be

devoted to NDR editorial work.

OTHER BUSINESS

AS: On vacation next month: request Leave of Absence beginning

with the phone meetings following the F2F in Bologna and

extending to the beginning of June.
