ADOPTION SC / UBL FOCUS AREA

However, no one on the Adoption SC has responded, and therefore

no progress has been made this week.

UPDATE PACKAGE STATUS REPORT AND SCHEDULING

JB: A preliminary draft of the PRD has been assembled and sent

to the Editors.

GKH: No discrepancies (other than differences in whitespace)

found between the revised mod files and the revised xsd files.

JB: RobertoC has pointed out a disconnect between the gc URIs

in the new gc files and the old URIs referencing the gc files

in the UBL-QualifiedDatatypes module of the original UBL 2.0

release.

AGREED that the URIs in the qdt module are informational to the

application and not part of validation itself.  To maintain the

correct references, we will update the files UBL-qDT-2.0.ods

(.xsl) and UBL-QualifiedDatatypes-2.0.xsd by changing 19

occurrences of "UBL-2.0" that reference gc files to

"UBL-2.0-update".  It is understood that this change revises

supplemental model information to reflect the locations of the

updated gc files; it does not change document constraints.

ACTION: JB to make these changes and release the Update Package

candidate to the TC for review.

ACTION (1/8): JB to revise the work schedule spreadsheet.

This will stay pending until the Update Package goes to the

TC.

PLANNING FOR THE TC MEETING IN BOLOGNA 14-18 APRIL 2008

JB: TM has posted a preliminary agenda:

AGREED to add the following item to the agenda:

Differences in applying UBL (affects both HISC and Guidelines)

UBL 2.1 ISSUES LIST

ACTION (12/18): TM to populate the new issues list with all

currently known UBL 2.1 issues.

2008 TC MEETING SCHEDULE

4-8 August 2008 in Montr�al

Confirmed.  Hotel Europa, rue Drummond (the week prior to

the Balisage conference in the same location).

January 2009 in Fremantle

Still tentative.

TC CONCALL SCHEDULE

Note that there will be no UBL TC calls the weeks of 7, 14, and

21 April due to the UBL TC F2F in Bologna.
