I've just posted a candidate update package code list directory here:

Jon, this is more up-to-date than the package I gave you Friday.

Stephen, I've validated all of the XML files in this package.

Roberto, I've left the port code files as they are to invite more 
feedback to be considered in conjunction with your feedback so far.
