"Derivation" slides for ATG2

Hello UBL TC,

Per an action item from a recent TC call, I've uploaded the slides
we sent to the UN/CEFACT ATG2 team working on "derivation" (which
appears to be a subset of what we're calling "customization"):

Note that these slides follow a format dictated by ATG2 and that
all the SDOs represented at the January 2007 ATG2 meeting in
Washington committed to supplying them.
