SBSC co-chair: Gruffudd Williams

Hello UBL TC,

I'm very pleased to inform you that Gruffudd Williams of Accountis
has volunteered to pick up the SBSC co-chair slot left absent by
Stephen Green, who will be taking a less active role in the TC for
the time being.  G. Ken Holman will continue as the other
co-chair assuming that you approve Gruffudd's appointment.

If you have no objection to the appointment of Gruffudd Williams as
co-chair of the SBSC, do nothing.  If you are a voting member of
the UBL TC and you object to this appointment, please register
that objection with mail to the list  no
later than COB 8 November 2006.
