Error in OrderChange and "fixed" in schemas

Hi Sylvia

I have found an error in OrderChange. FreightForwarderParty occurs twice. And
we noticed an error in the schemas. The attributes in the QDT are set to
"fixed" in stead of "default". I have corrected the orderchange in the
attached zip (rename it).
