Proposed code list meta data for Language and MIME types

Hi folks!

Thanks to input from Sylvia, this is how I am 
setting the code list meta data for the 
BinaryObjectMimeCode and LanguageCode code lists.

Would anyone who thinks I've misinterpreted things please let me know?  Thanks.

The answers do not impact the defaultCodeList.xsl file.
