My confusion is that reading your wording I was worried that we would be
reintroducing the <xsd:enumeration> for non-ATG code lists ...
No apologies are needed. I don't think we've really discussed this before.
What I am suggesting is, as an option, we need to allow for
<xsd:enumeration> for non-ATG code lists in addition to the default new
codelist methodology.
