as discussed on today's plenary call, i have revised the proposed ABIE 
that was called "Port" to be a re-use of the UN/CEFACT Core Component 
"Location".

i attach the resultant spreadsheet definition (in OpenDocument and Excel 
format). 

note that this is a generic ABIE (for the common library).

it is also worth noting that this new ABIE will now be used by:

Shipment Stage for Unloading, Loading and Transhipment Location.
Shipment for Last Exit and First Arrival Location
and
Transport Equipment for Loading Location
as well as the
Delivery Terms for Destination(?) Location
- we discussed in the meeting.

anyone wishing to comment on this should address the list as we intend 
to resolve this during this week's plenary meeting.
