Maybe it should be something like
<? ubl-debug ... ?>

But most likely it would be processor dependant by its nature
and therefore not something UBL can dictate
<? acme-processor-name ... ?>
where acme-processor-name is the receiver's processing system

Or is there a generic name (for the target) we can give the handling system?

<? ubl-processor ... ?>
or even
<? ubl-processor-debug ... ?>
