Regarding Specification: UBL / UBL2 Draft

We are working to use UBL as a part of our print supply chain system. We need to attach PDF documents to an Order (or to an ItemType). This documents contains legal informations, complex technical informations (manufacturing range) or technical specifications.

The new AttachedDocumentType (UBL2 Draft) can be a solution but It cannot be added directly to an Order.

Proposal :
-- Adding a list of attached documents to [OrderType, QuotationType, OrderResponseType]
-- Adding references to an attached document in the ItemType (or LineItemType)
