I propose that those of us who have IRC access on the Internet while
using the telephone for the teleconference simultaneously sign on to
the irc.oasis-open.org::6667 server and open up a local UBL channel using:
/join &ubl
The FAQ I use to find IRC answers is:
http://www.mirc.com/ircintro.html
Doing so will allow us to quickly disseminate URL addresses and other
textual information.
We haven't tried this before, and OASIS states that the server is
still in beta, but if successful then we could add these IRC details
to the standing information for UBL conference calls.
