We have the four code list files for the "standard" code lists.
I'm talking about the code lists like AcknowledgementResponseCode
and AllowanceChargeReasonCode that are unique to UBL. These are
defined in the file UBL-SpecializedDatatypes-2.xsd but only as
normalizedString; I can't find the enumerated values for these
that we had in 1.0.
