Minutes for Europe/Asia TC meeting Wednesday 9th November 2005

1. CONTENT WORK
* Integrating Catalogue and Procurement models

Walked through the class diagrams highlighting the chnages from last week.
Walked through the spreadsheets identified some erros and fixed them.  
Mikkel commented that in Catalogue the Base Price Amount components 
(Minimum and Maximum) should not be used. 
Discussed rationalising the Catalogue group's Application Receipt 
document and the Procurement group's Account Response document into one 
document called "Application Response".  Peter's comment was it needed 
to identify lines on the document.  Tim suggested this could be done by 
adding an association to Response to Document Reference and adding a 
Reference ID to Response so that it could identify any part of the 
document in question.  Proposed new document to be submitted with 
catalogue package.

Action:
Tim to update Catalogue proposal and resubmit to PSC
Peter to incorporate proposed Catalgoue requirements into next version 
of spreadsheets so they can be reviewed and discussed on the Monday PSC 
call.
