Errors UBL 2. 0 Draft 7 - Common and Procurement Libraries

Now that I have uDT and qDT data models that are not producing error
messages, I am beginning to test the remaining spreadsheets.  Attached
please find:
 
1) CommonProcurement errors.txt, a file with error messages.  This file
refers to the row number in the spreadsheet where the problem exists and a
description of the exact problem.  
2) A combined spreadsheet with the Common Library and Procurement Library. I
combined these libraries to facilitate manual testing in EDIFIX. The row
numbers in the error file refer to this spreadsheet.
 
Please note that all changes should be made to the separate Common and
Procurement spreadsheets as you have been doing in the past.
