Parking in Ottawa

Hello UBL TC,

Our hosts in Ottawa need to know how many people will be driving
to the meeting so that they can arrange for parking permits.
Please reply to me and Ken (not the list) if you will be needing a
permit.  (And if you're attending the meeting, please reply even
if you will NOT be needing a permit so that I know who has
actually read this.)
