NDR draft document review

Hello UBL TC,

Be advised that you have just one more week to review the NDR
draft posted 8 August:

We intend to sign off on this at the Atlantic TC meeting 31
August.  (There will still be an opportunity to submit comments
during the OASIS review period, but this document represents the
NDRs that will be used for the upcoming phase 1 schema
generation, so it better be as correct as we can get it.)
