ACTION ITEM REVIEW

   PENDING ACTION: Code list team to investigate whether it is necessary
   for us to embed substition groups in code lists in order for a
   customizer to extend the code lists.

DISCUSSION OF CODE LISTS

   This is the meeting we have had scheduled for a discussion of
   code list issues.  We need to understand these issues well
   enough to decide on the form of the UBL 2.0 code list schemas
   in Ottawa.
