STATUS REVIEW

   Most of this will be covered under liaison reports (Tax XML TC)
   and team reports (IDA/OGC input; COML).  We need to start
   working out a more detailed timeline.  I'm especially
   interested to know how we're going to handle the proposed
   Catalogue document.
