Draft analysis of UBL 1.0 by Tax XML TC

The attached draft spreadsheet represents gaps identified by the Tax XML TC
in the preparation of their Indirect Tax Reference Model. The final version
of this work will contain significantly more information in the form of
business scenarios and use case examples.  
 
The TC has requested that I submit this draft version in advance to allow
for any questions or comments before the final version is prepared.  The
current plan is to submit a final version of this work the week of April 25,
2005.
