UBL 1.0 Small Business Subset 1.0 beta for TC Review

Greetings UBL TC members,

It is hoped that there will shortly begin a
public or semi-public review of a beta of 
the UBL 1.0 Small Business Subset (SBS) 1.0

This is with a view to progress towards a
committee draft.

A package has been produced which it is hoped
is almost ready for review (awaiting further
editing of the index.html and the addition 
of copyright notice headers to the normative
documents).

Please would TC members take a little time 
to consider this package and whether, after 
finishing touches, it should be released for
a public review starting a couple of weeks 
from now.
