Many thanks for your well reasoned explanation and examples in response 
to our previous request.  We are still working through the list of isues 
and have come across another item that we are not clear about.

Your group has requested the addition of Delivery Terms  to the Invoice 
structure.  However your justification states that you would like to use 
this for "delivery information".  Did you mean that you wanted to re-use 
the UBL Delivery Terms ABIE?  If so then you should be aware this ABIE 
only contains contractual-type information such as special terms, 
relevant locations and loss/risk information.  That is, it does not 
cover what most of us would consider was comprehensive delivery 
information.  There is a difference between "terms" and "information".

So our question to your group is - will the UBL Delivery Terms satisfy 
your request or are we looking at something more like the UBL Delivery 
structure?
