UBL Schema Documentation (CCTS Figure 7-4 Registry Metadata)

The figure you referenced in the CCTS (Figure 7-4 Registry Metadata) refers to (and is in the section named) Core Component Storage Metadata. Have we (UBL) created any Core Components to hang this documentation on? Or am I misinterpreting the CCTS?
