Anders,

 

I am pleased to report that ATG2 has finished and 
approved the attached document for Step 6 of the ODP - Implementation 
Verification.  The next step in the process will be for full ATG 
approval.  Please initiate a vote within ATG soonest on the document.  
I would like the ATG approval to be finalized by 31 January. So that we can have 
the UN place the document on the website and begin the formal announcements 
regarding opening of the Implementation Verification phase on that 
date.
