As previously announced, Tim will be chairing this call.  Since
the main item of discussion is the SSC issues list, critical mass
will be achieved even if it's just Tim and Anne, but as usual I
urge TC members in the U.S. to take advantage of this evening slot
if they haven't been able to attend the Atlantic call.  The list
of open issues is given in the agenda for the Atlantic TC call 1
December 2004.
