This is not a new item.  It is from the pending issues on the last issue
list submitted by Anne.  We decided that we should change the definition by
removing the words "one or more" because the ASBIE is optional, and it
conflicts with the cardinality of 0..n.

David's point that a definition that says "zero or more" does not make sense
is valid.  Since we have already agreed in both the Atlantic and Pacific
meetings to change this, David needs to know what definition he should
include.
